I've been riding this bike a lot lately, it's a Planet X Kaffenback.... It's a steel framed, drop barred, disc braked bike... Basically, it's a do it all machine. It isn't quite as fast on the road as a true road bike but still more than passable. It is also pretty handy off road... Obviously it's never going to be as fast as a mountain bike over the rough stuff but on swoopy singletrack it's a hoot to ride.....
I can't recommend them highly enough...
